By using TECH LEADS BD LTD services, website, or software systems (including ERP, POS, CRM, and Accounting modules), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TECH LEADS BD LTD. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using our services immediately.

All software provided by TECH LEADS BD LTD is licensed for authorized business use only. Users agree:

• Not to use the software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Not to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any module.
• To use the software within the limits of the purchased license or subscription tier.
• That access is granted solely for the internal operations of the registered company.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (usernames and passwords).

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Account sharing between individuals is prohibited unless specified in your enterprise agreement.
• TECH LEADS BD LTD is not responsible for any data misuse resulting from unauthorized account access due to user negligence.

Pricing is based on the selected package, number of users, or custom project scope.

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as per the agreement.
• One-time setup fees are non-refundable once the deployment process has started.
• Additional customization or module additions may incur extra charges.
• Late payments exceeding 15 days may result in temporary service suspension.

The delivery timeline depends on the complexity of the software and the required customization.

• Each project includes a dedicated demo and testing phase.
• Final deployment to the client server or cloud environment occurs after formal approval.
• Clients are entitled to a defined number of feedback and revision cycles as per the project contract.

All software code, designs, branding, and logic remain the intellectual property of TECH LEADS BD LTD until full payment is received as per the final contract. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale of our software products is strictly prohibited.

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, TECH LEADS BD LTD does not guarantee 100% uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be scheduled during off-peak hours whenever possible, and users will be notified in advance. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party hosting or internet service providers.

We provide comprehensive support according to your plan level:

• Critical bug fixes are prioritized and handled free of charge during the support period.
• Standard technical support is available 24/7 with business hours priority.
• Major feature upgrades or structural changes outside the original scope are considered paid upgrades.

TECH LEADS BD LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if these terms are violated. Clients may terminate their contract by providing a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, it is the client's responsibility to export and backup their data before access is revoked.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TECH LEADS BD LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use our software.
